Las Vegas understands the glow-up.
Obviously.
This is a city where getting ready can be half the event, whether you're heading to dinner at 7, a lounge at 10, or somehow agreeing to brunch after being out until 3 a.m.
But the Las Vegas med spa scene has grown way beyond a quick facial before a big weekend. You'll find injectables, lasers, microneedling, skin resurfacing, body contouring, hair treatments and plenty of wellness options scattered from the Strip all the way to Summerlin.
And no, they're definitely not all the same.
Some feel like luxury hotel extensions. Others are serious aesthetics clinics that happen to be very cute. Some lean heavily into injectables. Others have treatment menus so large you may need a consultation just to figure out where to start.
Here are seven Las Vegas med spas worth knowing about in 2026.
This isn't a ranking. The right choice depends on what you actually want done, who's doing it, and how comfortable you feel with the provider.
1. Kalologie at ARIA
If you're staying on the Strip and absolutely refuse to leave your resort bubble, Kalologie at ARIA makes this whole med spa thing ridiculously easy.
It's located on the second floor of ARIA next to the resort's spa. The current menu includes IV hydration, vitamin shots, Botox, Jeuveau, dermal fillers, and microneedling. Kalologie also offers wellness treatments such as NAD+ and Niagen NR.
The appeal here is convenience. You can be in one of the biggest resorts in Las Vegas and still book actual medical aesthetics services without taking a rideshare across town.
That's especially interesting for visitors who want something more treatment-focused than the traditional massage-and-facial hotel spa experience. Nevada locals aren't ignored either. Kalologie currently advertises local perks with valid Nevada identification at ARIA.
Best for: Strip visitors who want aesthetics or wellness treatments without leaving ARIA.
2. Advanced Aesthetics
Head west from the Strip and the scene starts feeling a lot more local.
Advanced Aesthetics operates its Las Vegas flagship at 2150 S. Rainbow Blvd. The company says it has been serving the Las Vegas and Henderson market for 20 years and is led by board-certified plastic surgeons Dr. Tracy Hankins and Dr. Samuel Sohn. Its current service categories include injectables, face and neck treatments, body treatments, facials, peels, wellness and men's services.
This is probably the pick for someone who looks at a tiny med spa menu and thinks, cute, but where's the rest of it?
The Rainbow location has a broad enough lineup that you could come in with very different goals over time instead of bouncing between multiple providers. Its team includes medical injectors, advanced aestheticians, laser specialists, and body-contouring staff.
It's less about resort fantasy and more about having a serious aesthetics place you can keep in your contacts.
Best for: People who want a large treatment menu and an established Las Vegas practice.
3. Esti & Co.
Esti & Co has a softer personality, and I mean that in a good way.
The Sahara Avenue med spa describes itself as woman-owned, veteran-owned and medically directed. Its current lineup covers injectables, customized facials, advanced skin treatments, body treatments, chemical peels and IV therapy. The practice says treatments are customized and performed under licensed medical supervision.
What makes Esti & Co. interesting is the balanced approach.
The whole place isn't screaming, “COME GET A NEW FACE.”

Its messaging focuses heavily on natural-looking results, skin health, and treatment plans built around the individual. There's also enough variety here for someone who wants skincare and facials now but might be curious about injectables or body treatments later.
The location at 7925 W. Sahara Ave. also puts it right in that convenient west-side zone between central Las Vegas and Summerlin.
Best for: Someone who wants a polished, approachable med spa with both aesthetics and skincare.
4. Chic la Vie Med Spa
Chic la Vie is connected to Smith Plastic Surgery and operates under the medical direction of plastic surgeon Dr. Lane Smith.
That gives it a slightly different feel from the stand-alone beauty studio model.
The current menu includes Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, dermal fillers, HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, light therapy, dermaplaning and several laser technologies. Chic la Vie also lists services involving body treatments and hair restoration.
Basically, there are options.
Lots of them.
Chic la Vie sits at 7650 W. Sahara Ave., near Summerlin, and its connection to a plastic surgery practice may appeal to clients who prefer having their med spa treatments inside a broader cosmetic medical environment.
The vibe here feels less like chasing whatever aesthetic trend exploded on TikTok last Tuesday and more like building a longer-term treatment plan.
Which, personally, I appreciate.
Best for: Clients who like the idea of a med spa connected to a plastic surgery practice.
5. The Look Med Spa
Now we're getting into serious west-side glow territory.
The Look Med Spa is a boutique, appointment-based med spa at 7530 W. Sahara Ave. Its focus is concentrated around injectables, fillers, lasers and skincare.
The Look says it ranks within the top 1% of U.S. medical spas by Allergan and Galderma based on annual product usage volume for neurotoxins and hyaluronic-acid fillers. Those manufacturers make products including Botox, Juvéderm, Dysport and Restylane. The practice also promotes laser rejuvenation and skin treatments alongside its injectable work.
That doesn't automatically mean it's the right med spa for every person. It does tell you something useful, though. This is a practice doing a significant amount of injectable work.
And when we're talking about somebody coming near my face with a needle, experience is not exactly where I'm looking for adorable beginner energy.
The boutique format also keeps this from feeling like an aesthetics superstore.
Best for: Injectable-focused clients who want a boutique setting with a high-volume aesthetics practice.
6. Center for Aesthetic Medicine
Center for Aesthetic Medicine is one of the more treatment-heavy choices on this list.
Located at 3038 S. Durango Drive, the Summerlin-area practice is owned by Heather Rohrer, DMSc, MPAS, PA-C. Its menu includes Botox and other neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, Radiesse, Sculptra, Clear + Brilliant, Fraxel Dual, Laser Genesis, laser hair removal, HydraFacial MD, chemical peels, microneedling, Secret RF and tattoo removal.
Yes, that's a lot.
This is the place on the list for the person who loves researching treatments before the consultation and arrives already knowing the difference between three different lasers.
The practice also offers consultations, which is probably the smarter move if your knowledge currently stops at, “I want my skin to look better.” Different technologies are designed for different concerns, and the biggest machine in the room isn't automatically the machine you need.
Its location puts it close to Summerlin, The Lakes and Peccole Ranch, so it's also an easy west-side option.
Best for: Treatment nerds, laser-curious clients and people who want a very broad aesthetics menu.
7. Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center Summerlin
We end this list basically where Las Vegas goes polished-suburban-luxury mode.
Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center - Summerlin is at 1825 Festival Plaza Drive in Downtown Summerlin. Its 2026 treatment lineup stretches beyond traditional med spa services into a mix of aesthetics, body treatments and wellness.
Aesthetic offerings include Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, lip enhancement, Morpheus8, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, HydraFacial and microneedling. The location also lists treatments and programs involving CoolSculpting Elite, Emsculpt NEO, hair restoration, hormone therapy, IV therapy and medically managed weight loss. BHRC says its Summerlin services are physician-supervised.
It's probably the most lifestyle-meets-longevity entry on this list.
Translation: if you want a facial, you can do that. If you want to start asking 37 questions about body composition, hormones, and why you suddenly don't recover like you did at 25, there are pathways for that too.
And the Downtown Summerlin location makes the whole appointment suspiciously easy to turn into lunch and shopping afterward.
I'm not saying that's part of the treatment plan.
I'm saying I understand Las Vegas women.
Best for: Summerlin clients who want aesthetics, body treatments, and wellness services in one location.
So Which Las Vegas Med Spa Should You Try?
The prettiest lobby isn't the answer.
Neither is the place your favorite influencer tagged yesterday.
Start with what you actually want.
If you're visiting and staying on the Strip, Kalologie at ARIA has a convenience advantage that's hard to beat. If injectables are your main focus, The Look deserves a closer look. If you want lots of laser and skin options, Center for Aesthetic Medicine has a seriously deep menu. If you want aesthetics and wellness under one roof in Summerlin, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center takes that concept pretty far.
More important, remember that some med spa treatments are medical procedures, even when the room smells amazing and somebody hands you sparkling water first.
Nevada regulates medical professionals and aesthetic practitioners through state licensing systems. Before injectables, lasers or other medical treatments, ask who will actually perform the procedure, what license they hold, who provides medical oversight, what risks apply to you and what happens if there's a complication. The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners provides a public license lookup for physicians and other professionals under its authority, while Nevada separately regulates cosmetology and advanced esthetics.
Because being high-maintenance is fine.
Being careless with your face is not.
