Blue Martini is preparing for a Las Vegas comeback, this time in the heart of the Strip. Construction is underway on a three-story nightlife venue at Miracle Mile Shops, the shopping and entertainment complex connected to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
The company’s dedicated Las Vegas website says the new location is under construction and still displays a spring 2026 opening target. That timeline has passed, and a firm grand-opening date has not been announced. Blue Martini’s broader location page says only that the new Strip venue is expected to open in 2026.
Blue Martini Is Moving From Town Square to the Strip
The project is a replacement for Blue Martini’s former Las Vegas location at Town Square, not an additional local outpost. That bar closed on July 20, 2025, after operating for 18 years.
The new venue will occupy the former Urban Outfitters space at Miracle Mile Shops. Its position along Las Vegas Boulevard places it near the center of the Strip, with access to the steady mix of shoppers, resort guests, diners and pedestrians moving through the Planet Hollywood complex.
A Three-Story Venue With Four Bars
Upland Architects, the project’s architect of record and interior designer, describes Blue Martini Las Vegas as a multilevel nightlife destination with four themed bars.
Plans call for a different experience on each floor:
Level 1: An outdoor patio and bar designed for casual drinks and entertainment.
Level 2: A tropical-themed open-air bar with a deck extending above Las Vegas Boulevard.
Level 3: The main nightlife space, including a signature stage bar, VIP lounge, private bar areas and a hookah lounge overlooking the Strip.
The design team says the floors will be visually connected, with a dramatic balcony on the third level opening toward the spaces below.
Building Records Put the Project at $9.3 Million
Clark County building records reviewed by the Las Vegas Review-Journal list the project cost at approximately $9.3 million. The newspaper also reported that permits had been issued for electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
Upland Architects identifies Blue Line Entertainment Inc. as the franchisee, Caesars Entertainment LLC as the Planet Hollywood landlord and Development Management Associates as the owner’s representative. Builders United is leading construction.
What Remains Unannounced
Blue Martini promotes the project as a nightlife and special-events destination. Its Las Vegas website already provides VIP reservation contacts, event-booking information and a general dress code, but many new-location details remain unclear.
Final operating hours, cover charges, admission procedures, an opening entertainment calendar and confirmed food-and-drink menus for the new venue have not been published. Existing website materials may reflect broader Blue Martini policies or offerings and should not be treated as a complete preview of the Strip location.
The company has also not published a firm opening day. For now, the dependable timeline is a planned 2026 debut, with construction continuing at Miracle Mile Shops.
A Familiar Las Vegas Name Returns
The move brings Blue Martini back after the closure of its longtime Town Square venue while giving the concept a much more prominent Strip address. With three levels, outdoor spaces and four distinct bars planned, the new Blue Martini will be substantially different from a standard casino cocktail lounge.
More details are expected as the project approaches completion, including a revised opening date and entertainment lineup. Until then, visitors passing Planet Hollywood can watch one of the Strip’s larger bar and lounge projects take shape.
