The Corner Store is scheduled to open at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Nov. 9, 2026, bringing the New York restaurant’s first location outside the city to the Strip. Reservations are now available, and the restaurant plans dinner service seven nights a week.
The SoHo restaurant is a project from Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm and Catch Hospitality Group, with chef Michael Vignola leading the culinary program. Its new Las Vegas outpost will be on the resort’s third floor. The announced menu includes familiar American dishes with a dressed-up twist, plus a Las Vegas-only selection of premium meats and hand-cut steaks.
For locals and visitors who like a firm date on the dinner calendar, this is more than a November target: the resort has announced Nov. 9 and opened reservations. The Strip is getting a new dining room with a New York address behind it and a Vegas-sized steak counter in front.
What’s on the announced menu?
The restaurant describes its approach as an elevated take on classic American fare, with nods to New York dining. Menu items announced for the Las Vegas location include lobster and caviar rolls, five-cheese pizza rolls with whipped ranch, and a Caesar salad topped with everything-bagel croutons and cream-cheese croquettes.
The Wagyu French dip is another featured dish, made with Australian ribeye that the restaurant says is slow-roasted for 72 hours. The menu is also set to include seasonal crudos, salads and larger plates designed for sharing. These are announced offerings, not a guarantee that every dish will remain unchanged when service begins.
A Vegas-only steak selection
The Las Vegas restaurant will add The Butcher’s Counter, a selection of premium meats and hand-cut steaks. The announced centerpieces include a Rosewood Ranch Wagyu tomahawk and Wagyu porterhouse. It gives the Strip location a clear distinction from a standard copy-and-paste expansion: the menu is designed to include choices specific to Las Vegas.
Cocktails are also part of the plan. The announced drinks include the SoHo location’s Tomato Martini and Sour Cream & Onion Martini, alongside a Las Vegas variation on Oli’s Dirty Martini. A large-format Martini Service is designed for two to three guests. The drinks program is being developed by Catch Hospitality Group’s beverage director Lucas Robinson with The Cosmopolitan’s head of mixology, Gedeon Tsegaye.
Where it will be, and when to go
The restaurant will sit on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan, at 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South. The official location page places it near the resort’s escalators by the Boulevard Tower. The setting is inside the resort, not a street-level storefront, though its design is intended to evoke a neighborhood corner shop.
The restaurant plans to serve dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. until late. Reservations are available through the resort’s restaurant page. The announced hours and reservation information may be updated by the restaurant, so guests should check the booking page when planning a visit.
Rockwell Group, which also designed the original SoHo restaurant, is behind the Las Vegas interior. The announced design includes a main bar, a Martini Room with a green onyx bar, and a dining room inspired by vintage train cars. The resort says the private dining room will accommodate up to 24 people.
A first expansion from New York
The Corner Store’s original location is at 475 West Broadway in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood. The restaurant’s New York location calls itself a classic American joint at the corner of Houston and West Broadway. The Las Vegas outpost is its first expansion beyond New York, according to the announcement from MGM Resorts.
The partnership adds another Catch Hospitality Group project to MGM Resorts’ Las Vegas portfolio. Catch and MGM previously partnered on CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino. For The Cosmopolitan, the opening adds a new full-service restaurant to a resort already known for a broad dining lineup.
Nov. 9 is the date to circle. The Corner Store is bringing familiar American comfort food, a cocktail program built around martinis and a steak selection made for its Strip address. The reservation link is live, and this time the corner store has a third-floor view.
