Netflix House Opens at BLVD Las Vegas in 2027: Early Access Preview and What’s Coming Before the Doors

Netflix House plans to open at BLVD Las Vegas in 2027 as a permanent destination combining rotating immersive attractions, games, themed dining and shopping, although its Strip lineup, size and opening date remain unannounced.

Netflix House is officially coming to the Las Vegas Strip. Netflix plans to open its third permanent, year-round fan destination at BLVD Las Vegas in 2027, following locations at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas in Texas.

The Las Vegas announcement confirms the location and opening year, but not a specific date, attraction lineup, operating schedule, ticket prices, floor plan or venue size. Netflix describes its House concept as a place where visitors can play, eat and shop inside worlds inspired by its shows and movies.

Netflix House Is Coming to BLVD Las Vegas

Netflix House Las Vegas will be located at BLVD, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex at 3747 South Las Vegas Boulevard. BLVD identifies itself as being directly across from T-Mobile Arena, ARIA and Park MGM.

Netflix has not announced which part of the complex the venue will occupy or how visitors will enter it. BLVD currently offers reservable surface-level parking, but parking procedures, rideshare access and the best pedestrian route for Netflix House may be different by the time it opens.

No narrower opening window has been announced beyond 2027.

What Netflix Has Confirmed About the Concept

Netflix describes Netflix House as a permanent, year-round destination with offerings that change regularly. The established concept combines several types of experiences:

  • Immersive attractions: Ticketed, story-driven experiences based on Netflix series and films.

  • Games and activities: Depending on the location, these can include virtual reality, arcade-style games, physical challenges and mini golf.

  • Netflix Bites: An in-house restaurant with food and drinks inspired by Netflix titles.

  • Shopping: Apparel, collectibles and other Netflix merchandise.

  • Changing programming: Updated attractions and activities designed to give fans reasons to return.

Netflix says its two existing Houses each span more than 100,000 square feet. The company has not published a Las Vegas-specific square-footage figure, so visitors should not assume the Strip venue will have exactly the same layout or scale.

How to Follow Netflix House Las Vegas Updates

The official Netflix House website currently lists Las Vegas as coming in 2027. It does not yet display a dedicated Las Vegas ticket page, attraction calendar or presale.

Earlier announcements directed fans to the website for more information and early access. That should not be interpreted as guaranteed priority admission for the Las Vegas venue. Netflix has not announced a Las Vegas preview center, construction tour, pop-up attraction, ticket presale or invitation-only opening event.

Fans should monitor the official site for a dedicated Las Vegas page and registration options as the project moves closer to opening.

Dallas and Philadelphia Offer the Best Preview

Netflix House Philadelphia and Netflix House Dallas are already open, making them the clearest examples of how the concept works. Philadelphia opened at King of Prussia on November 12, 2025, followed by Dallas at Galleria Dallas on December 11, 2025.

The current Philadelphia lineup features Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts and Stranger Things: The Immersive Experience. Dallas features Squid Game: Survive the Trials and Stranger Things: Face the Dark.

Other activities vary by location and include mini golf, virtual reality, an arcade-style game room, screenings, dining and shopping.

Netflix House Philadelphia originally opened with ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit, but the venue’s current featured lineup emphasizes Wednesday and Stranger Things. That change demonstrates an important part of the concept: major attractions can rotate rather than remain permanently.

Will Netflix House Las Vegas Be Free to Enter?

Netflix’s current House model is free to enter and explore, with a combination of complimentary areas and paid activities. At the open locations, guests can enter public areas without buying a general-admission ticket, then pay separately for selected immersive experiences, virtual reality, games, food or merchandise.

Netflix has not released a Las Vegas ticket calendar or attraction prices. The existing model suggests that the Strip location could use separate timed tickets for major experiences rather than one all-inclusive admission, but the final Las Vegas structure remains unannounced.

Guests should wait for the official Las Vegas ticket page before making assumptions about prices, packages, age requirements or reservation rules.

Which Shows Are Coming to Las Vegas?

No Las Vegas-specific attraction titles have been revealed. Netflix has used properties including Wednesday, Squid Game, ONE PIECE, Stranger Things, KPop Demon Hunters, Bridgerton, Love Is Blind and the Knives Out franchise across its Houses and earlier live experiences.

Those titles demonstrate the range available to Netflix, but they do not confirm what will open at BLVD. Las Vegas could receive adapted versions of existing attractions, experiences developed specifically for the Strip or a mix of both.

Netflix Bites at MGM Grand Is No Longer Open

Netflix previously operated a separate Netflix Bites pop-up at MGM Grand. The restaurant opened on February 20, 2025, and served its final guests on January 4, 2026. Avenue Café has since returned to the space.

That residency offered Las Vegas a temporary sample of Netflix-themed dining, but it is not a current pre-opening attraction and will not bridge the gap to the 2027 debut.

The existing Netflix House locations include their own Netflix Bites restaurants, but Netflix has not yet announced the Las Vegas food-and-beverage lineup or menu.

What Visitors Can Do Before 2027

  • Monitor the official site: Watch the Netflix House website for a dedicated Las Vegas page, announcements and future registration options.

  • Watch the open locations: Dallas and Philadelphia provide the best indication of how free entry, timed experiences, dining, shopping and rotating programming operate.

  • Wait for Las Vegas-specific details: Attraction names, prices, age guidance, accessibility information, hours and reservation rules remain pending.

  • Check BLVD before visiting: The complex’s directory, parking information and access routes can change as additional businesses open.

What Remains Unknown

Netflix has not announced a precise opening date, Las Vegas venue size, floor placement, attraction list, daily hours, ticket prices, age restrictions, accessibility details or reservation schedule. It also has not confirmed whether every feature available in Dallas or Philadelphia will appear in Las Vegas.

For now, the firm details are straightforward: Netflix House Las Vegas is planned for BLVD on the Strip in 2027, it will be a permanent destination built around playing, dining and shopping, and its attractions are expected to evolve over time. The open Houses in Dallas and Pennsylvania provide a useful preview, but the Strip lineup will remain a mystery until Netflix releases its Las Vegas plans.
