Jerry Seinfeld has a new Las Vegas address. AEG Presents and Wynn Las Vegas announced on Friday, October 30, that the comedian will launch a brand-new residency at Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas in 2027, with 12 performances spread across three runs. The public on-sale is this Friday, November 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT through Ticketmaster, and there is a detail in the ticketing calendar that changes how smart buyers should plan: a presale starts two days earlier.
All 12 Shows, in One Place
Every show is at Encore Theater, inside Wynn Las Vegas at 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The run opens during Big Game Weekend in February, then returns in June and again in October. Three of the nine show days are doubleheaders, with an early 6 p.m. show and a late 9 p.m. show on the same Saturday.
| Run | Dates and times |
|---|---|
| February 2027 | Feb. 11 at 8 p.m.; Feb. 12 at 8 p.m.; Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. |
| June 2027 | June 10 at 8 p.m.; June 11 at 8 p.m.; June 12 at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. |
| October 2027 | Oct. 28 at 8 p.m.; Oct. 29 at 8 p.m.; Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. |
That structure is the first useful insight here. Weekday shows on Thursdays and Fridays start at 8 p.m., while each Saturday offers a choice: the 6 p.m. show leaves your night open for dinner after, and the 9 p.m. show lets you make a full evening of it first. Same comedian, same room, two very different nights out.
The Presale Most People Will Miss
Ticketmaster's listing for these shows shows a presale beginning Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 9 a.m. PST, ahead of the public on-sale on Friday, November 6, at 10 a.m. PT. Ticket prices were not included in the announcement, so the presale window is the clearest edge available right now.
Bobby Reynolds, senior vice president of AEG Presents Las Vegas, said: "On behalf of AEG Presents and Wynn Las Vegas, we couldn't be more thrilled to welcome Jerry Seinfeld to Encore Theater." He added: "Jerry is one of the most renowned names in comedy, and we look forward to bringing his signature stand-up to audiences in such an intimate setting."
Here is how to use the week:
- Pick your Saturday style first: 6 p.m. for dinner after, 9 p.m. for dinner before, then decide your backup date.
- Be ready for the presale on Wednesday, November 4, at 9 a.m. PST if you qualify for one, instead of waiting for Friday.
- If you buy Friday, November 6, be on Ticketmaster before the 10 a.m. PT on-sale, with the February Big Game Weekend dates likely to draw the fastest fingers.
- Buy only through Ticketmaster or Wynn, so you avoid resale markups and fake tickets.
Why This Booking Lands Differently
Wynn's own show page sums up the career that fills a room like this: Seinfeld co-created Seinfeld with Larry David, his Netflix projects Jerry Before Seinfeld and 23 Hours to Kill were Emmy-nominated, his web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee became a long-running hit, and he most recently directed and co-wrote the Emmy-nominated comedy Unfrosted.
The fresh takeaway is the format. This is not a one-weekend stop. Three separate runs across 2027 turn Seinfeld into a recurring reason to plan a Las Vegas trip, and the February opening puts a comedy headline act on the Strip on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Set the Wednesday presale reminder now, pick your Saturday showtime on purpose, and Friday's on-sale becomes a formality instead of a scramble.
