Clark County Commissioner William McCurdy II hosted the July 9 ceremony at the famous sign to celebrate the grand opening of MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM’s Southern Nevada flagship.
A Las Vegas Landmark Got a Pink Makeover
The pink illumination belonged to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, not a new entrance sign at the attraction. Clark County arranged the special lighting to mark MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM’s arrival and welcome the company to Southern Nevada.
The moment connected two distinctly Las Vegas ideas: a landmark built around bright lights and a new attraction filled with playful, candy-colored environments.
Inside MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM Las Vegas
The 30,000-square-foot attraction is the brand’s largest location to date. Its opening announcement detailed 14 immersive installations inspired by the spectacle, glamour and playful spirit of Las Vegas.
Rather than presenting a traditional collection behind glass, MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM invites guests to move through interactive settings, sample frozen treats and become part of the scenery.
The Golden Scoop Buffet: The attraction bills this as the world’s largest all-you-can-eat ice cream buffet, with more than 20 flavors plus dozens of toppings and frozen novelties.
The Sprinkle Pool: The world’s largest version of the brand’s signature installation features two-story slides leading into a pool of reusable, sprinkle-shaped pieces.
The Little Pink Chapel: Designed like a tiered wedding cake, the chapel can host private events and ceremonies.
Big Top Taste: A hidden speakeasy experience combines ice cream tasting with an ice cream-themed magic show.
The Cone-sino: A family-friendly entertainment floor gives casino-style games a playful ice cream theme.
Lucky Cherry Ink Tattoo Parlor: Guests can pick up temporary ice cream-inspired ink in a realistic tattoo-shop setting.
The Sweetest Slides in Vegas: Five slides are distributed throughout the attraction, including what the company identifies as the longest double-helix slide in Las Vegas.
Other spaces include an ice cream hotel concept, Ribbon’s Costume Shop and a vintage-inspired supper club setting that pays tribute to classic Las Vegas entertainment.

MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM Las Vegas is located at AREA15’s Zone 2, also called The Terminals, at 3072 Rigel Ave., Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV 89102. This is a separate AREA15 expansion area near the main campus and a short drive from the Strip.
Visitors should use the complete address when navigating and follow signs for Zone 2 because AREA15 includes multiple attractions and entrances.
Admission includes access to the attraction, its rooms and installations, the Sprinkle Pool and unlimited ice cream. As of July 21, the official site advertises general admission from $42, Flex Tickets from $52 and VIP admission from $68. Prices vary by day and time.
